Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use RAALE. You represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

RAALE is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned or if your account was terminated for violations of these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@raale.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may maintain only one personal account unless we authorize otherwise. You agree to provide accurate, current profile information and to complete identity verification when requested.

3. Community standards

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or illegal material
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age
• Use fake photos, stolen images, or bypass verification
• Spam, solicit money, or promote unrelated products or services
• Share another person's private information without consent
• Use the Service for escorting, trafficking, or unlawful activity
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service
• Create bots or automated systems to access the Service

We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these standards or pose a safety risk.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos, bio text, and messages). By submitting content, you grant RAALE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

5. Matching, messaging, and offline interactions

RAALE helps users discover and connect with others, but we do not guarantee matches, responses, or relationship outcomes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including meetings offline. Use caution and follow safe dating practices.

RAALE is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. Report concerning behavior through in-app tools or contact support@raale.com.

6. Identity verification

RAALE may require face liveness or other verification steps. Verification helps maintain community trust but does not guarantee user intent, character, or safety. Verification data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase.

• Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms and subject to their terms and refund policies.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings or as otherwise described at purchase.
• Except where required by law or app store policy, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including RAALE branding, software, design, and content (excluding user content), is owned by RAALE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Prohibited use of the Service

You may not use the Service in any way that violates law, these Terms, or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or risk to the community.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAALE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RAALE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAALE from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Dispute resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@raale.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue remedies permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
