Child Safety Standards

RAALE maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prevent, detect, report, and respond to child safety concerns across our dating platform.

1. Adults only

RAALE is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use the Service. Users must provide a date of birth during registration, and accounts suspected of belonging to minors are removed promptly.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on RAALE:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Grooming, exploiting, or endangering minors in any way
  • Using RAALE to arrange contact with minors or to facilitate CSAE
  • Misrepresenting your age or identity to target or exploit others, especially minors
  • Any other conduct that violates child safety laws

Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

3. In-app reporting

RAALE allows users to report child safety concerns in-app. From any user profile or chat, you can:

  • Open the safety menu and select Report
  • Choose a reason such as Inappropriate content or Other, and describe the concern in the details field
  • Optionally block the user while submitting the report

Reports involving child safety are prioritized for urgent review. You may also contact us directly using the email address in Section 6 below.

4. Detection, review, and enforcement

When we receive a child safety report or detect a potential violation:

  • The reported content and account are reviewed as a priority
  • Content that violates these standards is removed without delay
  • Offending accounts are suspended or permanently banned from RAALE
  • We preserve relevant evidence as required to support investigations
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and authorized child protection organizations where required or appropriate

5. Reporting to authorities

RAALE complies with all relevant child safety laws. Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we report to regional and national authorities as required by applicable law, including where appropriate:

  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States via CyberTipline reports, where applicable
  • Relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities in the jurisdictions involved

We do not notify offenders that a report has been made to authorities where doing so could impede an investigation.

6. Child safety contact

The designated point of contact for child safety and CSAM prevention practices is ready to respond to concerns about RAALE's compliance and handling of child safety matters:

  • Child safety contact: teamraale@gmail.com
  • General support: support@raale.com

Please include "Child Safety" in the subject line for urgent child safety reports.

7. Ongoing improvements

We continually review our safety tools, moderation practices, and policies to reduce CSAE risk on RAALE. These standards may be updated as our practices, legal obligations, or platform features evolve.
